Accommodation needs to be booked separately from your pass and directly with the hotel on the given links. You can book at these prices between Thursday and Tuesday ONLY on the above special links. Rooms will NOT be available on any other booking site, as we reserved the whole hotel for our event.

• Cancellation policy •
FREE cancellation until 14 August. For bookings before 15 August the card will be charged on 15 August. For bookings after 15 August card will be charged within 1 or 2 days and no free cancellation applies. Name on the booked room can be changed or booking could be used another time in case you can’t attend.

COVID REGULATIONS

From 7th March 2022 all covid restrictions are discontinued in Hungary, so we will be able to welcome anyone and everyone on our event, regardless of vaccination or immunity status.

However we kindly ask you to stay home if you feel ill or unwell to protect yourself and the community. If you can’t attend the event due to illness, we will offer you a refund or transfer of your pass for next year.

In case regulations change throughout the year, we will inform all participants about the changes. If you can’t attend the event due to vaccination status and due to regulations change, we will offer you a refund or transfer of your pass for next year.
